The client gave us a brief to create a simple tutorial sales kit for their agents. As usual, we went beyond the brief and created an informative yet unexpected WhatsApp video which allowed Prudential agents to send to their clients and start conversations OR use it as an ice-breaker before introducing the plan to their customers. And fortunately for us, it was within the budget.
